Transparency and navigation polish

  • Public changelog page with a dated history of every major improvement.
  • Payment status (Confirmed / Failed / Verifying) now shown consistently across the product page, admin payments and the activity feed.
  • Back navigation is context-aware: opening a project from the activity feed returns you to the feed instead of the homepage.
  • Project websites are hidden when the latest payment failed and no earlier successful payment exists.
  • Rank badges are accurate for every payment state — "Payment failed", "Verifying payment", "Pending review" or "Awaiting payment" instead of a generic label.
  • Broken or missing favicons now fall back to a clean letter tile instead of a broken image.

On-chain payment verification

  • Listings are no longer published instantly: every payment is stored as pending and verified automatically on-chain before a project goes live.
  • Verification checks transaction success, recipient address and paid amount (3% tolerance) across Base, Polygon, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana and Tron.
  • Transaction hashes can never be reused — each hash is tied to a single payment.
  • Every transaction hash on the site links to its blockchain explorer so anyone can verify a payment independently.

SEO, social cards and discovery

  • Full English SEO: titles, descriptions and keywords tuned for every public page.
  • Dedicated favicon (ICO + PNG) and a text-free social share image for X/Twitter, Facebook and messengers.
  • Dynamic sitemap.xml covering all categories and live listings, plus a robots.txt that keeps the admin area out of search results.
  • Yandex and Google site verification wired in.

Multi-asset wallets and fair pricing

  • Admins can add, edit, enable, disable and delete payout wallets — including ERC-20 tokens like USDC on Base or Polygon.
  • USDC and other stablecoins get a reliable 1:1 rate fallback, and MetaMask automatically receives the exact token amount and network (Base is added for you if missing).
  • Listing prices are fair: a new project starts at $5, and outbidding an existing project only costs $1 above the current top bid.
  • Imported listings automatically price at $1 above the category leader (or $5 in an empty category) and arrive verified.

Admin suite and live analytics

  • A Google-sign-in admin area with tabs for submissions, payments, categories, wallets, traffic and bulk import.
  • Every submission row opens a full editor — change details, amount, status and verification in one modal.
  • Traffic dashboard with daily views vs clicks, unique visitors in the last 24 hours and visitors online right now.
  • Categories can be created, renamed, reordered and deleted with elegant confirmation dialogs.
  • Pagination across every list — submissions, payments, categories and public boards.

Mobile-first experience

  • Full responsive redesign: listing rows, hero buttons, payment history and admin panels all adapt to small screens.
  • Favicons are visible on mobile listing rows, and the traffic chart scrolls horizontally instead of breaking.
  • No more accidental zoom when tapping form fields on iPhone.
  • The admin menu collapses into a hamburger on phones.
  • Unfinished submissions are saved locally so you can return and resume the payment later.

Launch

  • OUTBIDS goes live: an open pay-to-rank product board where every position is bought with crypto.
  • No accounts and no cards — pay with a connected Web3 wallet, a QR code, or a direct transfer to the address.
  • Automatic site parsing on submission: paste a URL (with or without https://) and we fetch the name, description and favicon for you.
  • Category leaderboards, a searchable board, a public activity feed and a details page for every project.
